How licensing works here
One licence per application
Your organisation holds a licence for each application it uses. Nothing is bundled and nothing is bought to unlock something else.
Not counted per seat
The licence belongs to the organisation. Adding a colleague is an administrative act, not a purchase decision.
The licence is the control, not a courtesy
An unlicensed application is not merely hidden from the menu — every read and every write is refused, including through an AI assistant.
No self-service signup
An organisation is provisioned by a person after a conversation. That is slower on purpose, and it is why nobody here has an account they forgot they created.
What we will ask you
Three questions, and they take about ten minutes: which applications you actually need, roughly how many people will use them, and whether an AI assistant should be able to reach the data. The quote follows from those.
