How do I get an account?
You talk to us first. There is no self-service signup: an organisation and its first administrator are provisioned by a person after a short conversation about which applications you need. That administrator can then add colleagues themselves.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany, operated for us by netcup GmbH in Karlsruhe under a data processing agreement. Nothing is replicated outside the European Union.
What happens when I delete something?
It is hidden rather than destroyed, together with a record of who deleted it and when, and an administrator of your organisation can restore it from the recycle bin. Permanent removal is possible but is restricted to an operator and is a separate, deliberate act.
Can an AI assistant read our data?
Only if you switch it on. Access is governed per application by four independent permissions — read, create, update, delete — and an application with no permissions set grants nothing at all, not even reading. We train no models on your data.
Which languages does the platform speak?
German and English, throughout — including the sign-in pages and the validation messages, not just the menus. The language follows your choice, or your browser's preference if you have not made one.
Is it accessible?
Every screen is held to WCAG 2.2 Level AA in both light and dark mode, which is the bar EN 301 549 and the BFSG set. That covers contrast measured against the real background, full keyboard operation, visible focus, and a machine-readable name on every control.
Do you track visitors?
No. There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. A page load fetches no fonts, scripts or images from any other company.
What happens to our data if we stop being a customer?
You can export what you need while the account is still active, and we will help. After that the organisation is deactivated rather than erased on the spot, so a decision made in a hurry can still be undone; final deletion happens on request or once the retention periods that apply to us have run out.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Ask for a walkthrough and we will show you the application against realistic data, or set up an organisation for you to try with your own. Which of the two makes sense depends on the application.
